A few years ago, I stood at the edge of a triathlon course at 5am – tired, cold, and questioning my sanity - The race hadn’t even started yet.
But I pushed through, like always.
Not because I enjoy pain (well, maybe a little), but because I’m wired to finish strong - To commit fully.
Rain or shine, no matter the circumstances, I train - Because this sport taught me that discipline doesn’t wait for perfect conditions, and greatness is built in the moments no one else sees.
Triathlon is more than a sport for me - It’s a source of energy, discipline, and perspective that flows into every part of my life.
The mental endurance, strategic thinking, and commitment required in training and competition mirror the challenges I face both personally and professionally.
